I have been sitting at my sacred space and I am feeling deep heartitude and also the softness of my heart. A new online friend from Dubai popped in “Hey, I haven’t heard from your from decades!” … and our last connection was only couple of days ago.
I am not online for most weekend or I will be with my private clients.
Now, I am writing to you because I want to share my heart with you.

Yes I listen to my heart - mind for alignment and direction.
My body, my energy, my frequency always will show me the next Vision and creativities.

You’ve been given a vision that feels terrifying.
Maybe it's a decision you’ve been 'thinking about' for months that you haven't made.
Maybe it's something that feels way bigger than you, the thing that feels too early, too risky, too unknown.
I know if you thought about it right now there is something you have been putting off.
You’re waiting for the right moment.
The courage doesn’t always show up with a loud roar, sometimes it is the little whisperer by the wind, the flower or your heart.
Sometimes it looks like saying yes quietly.
Fear - Excitement at the same time. It is ok. They sahre the same physiological responses such as increased heart rate and the release of adrenaline, because both emotions trigger the body’s stress response.ion and self-talk.
Are you going to invest your energy to fear or are you going to invest your energy to excitement?
Can you turn fear to excitement? Of course!
You can simply use minimal strategies such as self - talk like “ I get excited for this opportunity”, “ I get to do this!” and this will lead you to feel more excited, adopt an opportunity mind-set (opposed to a threat mind-set), and be presence with your feeling in the body.
Walking with your heart.
Trusting yourself with faith.
You’ve been given a vision for a reason.
God placed it in your heart because He trusted you with it.
No one else.
So I ask you…
Where can you stop waiting?
Where can you trust yourself even more?
Where can you take one bold step closer to what you already know is yours?
At this moment when you read this…it was for me, too. I have given a One Word for 2026 and I saw the Vision - the next leap.
