Over the weekend in our group call, the theme of confidence resurfaced again and again.
It always does when we stand at the edge of her next evolution.
Because when we grow, expand, or step into a new identity…
we will naturally meet the threshold where self-doubt knocks on the door.
Many of us say,
“When I gain my confidence, then I will get there.”
But the deeper truth is this:
✨ It is not confidence that carries you forward. It is Self Trust. ✨
Confidence is often the outcome of walking the path.
Self Trust is the fuel.
When we shift from an old identity into a new one, our mind will question, our emotions will fluctuate, and our nervous system will ask for safety.
This is not a sign of weakness.
It is the natural intelligence of your evolution.
In the call, we used the Key and Door Analogy:
You hold the key.
Multiple doors appear.
Which one do you choose?
What emerged was so beautiful — each woman chooses in her own unique way:
Some feel into their body and let their somatic wisdom guide them
Some connect with their higher self and follow the signs
Some move through the emotion first, release the charge, and then choose in clarity
Some trust that no door is wrong — every door is part of their becoming
All of these ways are beautiful.
All of these ways are intelligent.
All of these ways are valid.
And then I asked go journey deeper with me:
Instead of choosing the door…are you choosing yourself first?
Because the real choice is not about the door.
The real choice is about you.
Are you trusting yourself before you step forward?
Before you enter the unknown?
Before you walk into your next expansion?
When you ground into your root, choose yourself, and bring your mind, heart, and body into coherence…
something extraordinary happens:
✨ The door opens on its own.
It recognises your frequency.
It welcomes you.
Because your resonance is the key.
There is no forcing.
No pushing.
No overthinking.
Just resonance.
And when you step through that door in Heartitude which I describe that the gratitude-infused courage of your heart — you enter the next chapter knowing:
You are prepared.
You are guided.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
And whatever waits on the other side is your next beautiful learning, growth, and becoming.
Because you didn’t just choose the door.
You chose yourself
and that is the purest form of confidence there is. 💛
